We’re a different breed

At LOOMIS, we greet every day like the dogs you’ll find walking around the agency — inquisitive, friendly, trusting and loyal, but ready to defend each other the second a threat arises. We’ve intentionally built a loving, supportive, collaborative culture where people can learn, work hard, have fun and do the best work of their careers. We’re not your typical pedigree. And we like it that way.

We believe culture is important and worth defending. It’s why we take time every Friday morning to gather as an agency to talk about the week we just had, laugh, call out heroic efforts and simply take a moment to breathe. It’s why we celebrate birthdays and anniversaries every month and why a few times a year, we pile into a party bus to go to the lake or to a Jimmy Buffett concert. We work hard. But we love having fun just as much.

We also believe in giving back to those less fortunate. We have been blessed on many fronts, and as an agency, we feel a commitment and obligation to do what we can to make the world a better place. Each quarter, we choose a different charity and put in a day of work to help their cause. Whether it’s packing shoes at Buckner Shoes for Orphan Souls, or sorting food at the North Texas Food Bank, we believe in doing well by doing good. Servant leadership is part of who we are.

We believe in Conscious Capitalism and in treating all of our stakeholders— employees, clients, partners, vendors and communities — with equal respect. We believe our relationships and connections with each other can, and should be, mutually beneficial. We value honesty, integrity, dedication and the insatiable quest to learn.

We are the voice of the underdog.
