The Dallas Morning News Top Places has recognized The LOOMIS Agency for the eighth consecutive year. The company was the only advertising agency to earn the distinction this year.
The Dallas Morning News’ Top 100 Places to Work recognizes and celebrates businesses that are at the top of their game and making North Texas a better place to work. 2022 marks the 14th annual search to identify the best work environments with a comprehensive multimedia program that includes a glossy magazine, an event honoring the winners, and year-round content on DallasNews.com.
The formula is working for LOOMIS. At 4.9 years of employment, the agency’s average employee tenure is more than twice the average for the advertising industry. Client tenure for LOOMIS is nearly three times the industry average, which Sullivan says is a byproduct of the agency’s employee tenure.
“Happy, highly engaged team members do better work for the agency, and they build stronger relationships with their peers and more durable partnerships with our clients,” Sullivan said. “It’s really pretty simple.”
Sullivan also believes the agency’s strong culture plays a big part in the caliber of work produced. The LOOMIS Agency was recently awarded 7 Davey Awards in 2022. The Davey Awards is an international creative competition that recognizes and awards the “Davids” of creativity, the finest small firms, agencies, and companies worldwide. The agency also won nine MarCom Awards for creative excellence. The MarCom Awards is one of the largest, most-respected creative competitions in the world.
