LOOMIS Leads the Way for Home Care Brand.

FirstLight Home Care has selected The LOOMIS Agency to help lead the brand into the future as the company gears up to meet rising demand for home care services. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio with more than 150 franchised local home care operators around the country, FirstLight is positioning itself for accelerated growth.

FirstLight Home Care serves seniors, adults with disabilities, veterans, those recovering from illness, injury or surgery and other adults in need of assistance. The company’s caregivers help with many needs – from personal hygiene and household duties such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands to mobility assistance and dementia care.

The new relationship aligns perfectly with the direction LOOMIS is headed, according to Mike Sullivan, president and CEO of LOOMIS.

He said this interest along with the agency’s focus on the healthcare category was appealing to the FirstLight team.

LOOMIS is kicking off the assignment with a market research project aimed at clarifying and strengthening the company’s positioning, according to Sullivan. From there, the agency will develop and execute a brand campaign with a focus on lead generation and special attention to caregiver recruitment.

Spending on home care services is projected to grow by more than eight percent through 2026, according to industry forecasts.
