Dax Hardage

Digital Executive Creative Director

Dax launched his career in 2001 with the collaborative creation of a successful digital magazine focused on skateboard culture. The experience ignited a love for creating in the digital space, and his talent was quickly spotted by one of the largest privately-held digital agencies in the country. As creative director for imc2, Dax was the driving creative force behind innovative work for a number of Procter & Gamble brands, including Crest, Secret, and Prilosec. His aptitude for the unexpected drew the attention of Louisville Slugger and the agency succeeded in resurrecting the iconic but wavering brand with award-wining work under Dax’s creative leadership.

Success in the big agency world was rewarding, but Dax is an entrepreneur at heart, so he bet on himself and started his own digital agency with partner, Josh Whitaker. In 2011, Dax and Josh were recruited by Mike Sullivan to help LOOMIS establish its digital discipline. The duo helped engineer a critical transition in the agency’s history and now lead a thriving digital practice.

A devout believer and a devoted father and husband with a low-key demeanor, one would never guess Dax once tore up motocross tracks as a local pro racer. His ex-moto motto: “Dirtbikes are cool, goodness is divine, podcasts are a necessity, but good dirtbike podcasts are life giving.”
